We rethink traditional approaches and find creative ways to deliver new patient value. We are action oriented and driven to find ways to create solutions for unmet patient needs.

Mark Messow

Mark Messow founded OrchestratePharma with a vision to enable holistic theraputic solutions around known molecular entities. Mark is a multi-disciplinary practitioner with experience in early stage drug development; Web 3.0, global supply chain, high-tech hardware design & manufacturing, software development.

Un-trapping the potential of data and IP assets became a passion for Mark after 20 years experience leading business transformations, overseeing global value chains, and building strategic partnerships.

Mark is passionate about applied business model transformation which is enabled through technology and ecosystem partnerships. OrchestratePharma was created as a vehicle to transcend classic industry boundaries needed for patient driven value creation.

Prior to founding OrchestratePharma, Mark served leadership roles with Dassault Systems, Corning, Celestica, ABB and TransformBio.

Board of Directors and Co-Founder

Richard Bergström

Richard is a pharmacist by training. He received his MSc Pharm degree from the Uppsala University, Sweden in 1988. Until 1992 he worked at the Medical Products Agency as Assistant Head of Registration. He moved to Switzerland where he worked for nine years in regulatory affairs at Roche and Novartis. He has also served as Director of EU Regulatory Strategy at Roche Basel and as Director-General of LIF, the Swedish Pharmaceutical Industry Association.

Since 2006, he has been an advisor to the World Health Organization on Good Governance in Medicine, and since April 2011 he has been the Director General of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA).

Among his many domains of knowledge, Richard has deep experience with blockchain technology, data & analytics as well as in drug development. Richard Bergström is a multi-disciplinary leader who co-created Orchestrate Pharma.
